Based on the chancellor’s letter Number 378 / UMA.’08 / V / 2020 regarding Appeals to Fill in the Questionnaire, it is hereby conveyed that lecturers are also students in order to fill out the questionnaire that has been provided as follows:

  2. For Lecturers, Staff and Students:  siaku.uma.ac.id

The username and password used are the same as those used in AOC or AMADI. The deadline for filling out the questionnaire is until May  5, 2020.
